Side Story Spoilers - April 2019

Lotsa options this time, huh? I didn't put 'new' perspectives in because we're already catching up with all kinds of plotlines, so more would be...tricky. That's not to say I don't have things ready to go to expand in different areas. New characters, interesting arcs...but let's keep this to Liscor right now, huh?

Without further ado, here are some spoilers. Short, because there are so many options.

The Named Adventurer of Pallass -

You want to meet a Named Adventurer who doesn't try to kill someone? Who's relatively sane? Male? And lives in Pallass? Erin's got you covered. Only, she won't meet this adventurer in the way you'd think. And the adventurer might be saner than Venitra or Gazi, but that's only for a Named Adventurer. What are they like? What are they famous for? Why didn't they save Liscor? Find out!

Alchemy Wars -

Do you want to know how healing potions are made? Do you wish Octavia finds success? Do you enjoy [Alchemists] sabotaging each other with clubs in back alleys? Do you think Erin would be a great addition here? Vote for this.

Lyonette and the Bees -

What does Apista think of things? Does she think at all? If you need more of an incentive to vote, you don't get the appeal of this chapter. Oh, and Lyonette pays for her past misdeeds.

A Day in the Relc (plus Klbkch) -

Relc actually does his job. Shocker! But this one is actually a part of a larger plotline. Frankly, it's interesting, you'll like our favorite duo, and you get to learn about inter-city Watch Captain politics, which is actually more interesting than you think! I like this side story. But I like most of them.

Chess and Magazines -

I refuse to write an actual chess game out. Firstly because it's hard to make fun and second because I'm not good at chess. I don't even like it that much. But that's not the point of this chapter, is it? It's about Olesm, about fame, about the surprising ways in which the smallest of things can spiral out of control. Frankly...it's about being famous.

Whatever Happened to Garia Strongheart?

You'll be really surprised to meet her. Plus, Seborn will have an interesting interaction. how's that for mystery?

Strange Antinium from the Other Hives

This might be a Bird chapter. Might. Don't spread it around or it'll be overwhelmingly voted for. But it's also about the first of the other Antinium visiting the city. Either way? Big stuff. But it'll happen later, so is this really the vote you want? It's got Bird. Yes? No?

Gnollish Politics

New Gnolls. Other tribes. The Grand Moot awaits. Prepare yourself, because Gnolls have never been more interesting when no other species is watching. A certain Gnollish senator might be hot stuff, but not when he's in Gnoll territory.

To the Dungeon and Beyond

An entry into a bigger side story section. Because...it's about Toren. But then, you knew that, right? Honestly, I'm not sure if offering this is a good idea given how Toren messes with polls, but this will be a 'primer' chapter for the main events. I can't say more. Really, it's Toren. I just want to see how many people vote for this thing if I leave his name out.

Selys, rich.

Rich, I say! Is it going to her head? What does all they money do for the psyche? And what will she use it on? No--what about the other pieces of armor? If you want to see Drakes doing what they love (being rich), vote for this chapter!

The Brothers of Serendipitous Meetings

You've heard of them once. But that was one group based in Celum. And they were decent--but hardly a match for Goblins, even if that was just Numbtongue. And yet, when [Thieves] die, the others ask why. And oh boy...the characters are Characters.

Ksmvr Hits Things

He's aware he's the weakest link. At least in his mind. But how will Ksmvr fix that issue? What mad schemes will the exiled Antinium come up with? And where does Mrsha fit into this? Yeah, that's right. This is a Mrsha chapter too.

Numbtongue and Rocks

He mines in a mountain. With as much hilarity, magic, and fun as you'd expect from that kind of setup. Actually, this might scratch a power-gamer's itch. If any readers wanted to see growth in that sense.
