Instead of “yowai-hoshi,” he just says Yowa-hoshi, which keeps it punchy and nickname-like. 弱い (yowai) → weak 弱 (yowa) → nickname shorthand ほし (hoshi) → from Shirahoshi Together → Yowa-hoshi = “Weak-Hoshi”

That ambiguity turns rejection into self-interrogation, which is way worse. The mind goes to "am I fat/ugly?" "Am I just broke?" "Is it because I dont have xyz" "Can I somehow fix this issue and become compatible?" Honestly? Just lie. "Im into someone else right now" or something. "Im dating someone" Literally anything but "youre not my type" it's the worst possible thing to tell a guy. Or say no. Also don't say "I just see us as friends" either that'll lead them down the wrong path too. That's the equivalent of "so you're saying there's a chance." Either no or lie. Literally rip the bandaid off and don't even kind of beat around the bush.

I mean I guess the only one that really comes to my head is as Ange said: I remember them walking together and then Sanji trying to stop Chopper from healing Usopp after the Luffy fight. Other than that, I don’t remembering basically anything, I’m legit impressed Ange, I don’t know how you can keep up with that, what the hell 😂 I guess I can’t underestimate how much Ange really loves chopper lol

Not trying to be rude, but sometimes it’s so frustrating when you get distracted so easily and start speculating mid episode, completely missing what everyone’s actually saying and then ending up out of the loop

With how Nami thinks now, maybe take it like how Nami handled her emotions with Hachi. You were on point with saying it all falls down upon Nami though, not Luffy or any of the strawhats to speak on it and how she'd interact with Jimbei etc.
