And it’s that the next Hokage is typically a student of the current administration. So Orochimaru assumed he would be named 4th. However wen lord third broke the traditional pattern and chose a non student, as well as know to be the YOUNGEST Hokage to take the passion Orochimaru felt slighted. Don’t get me wrong he’s always been him and longing for “everything” but this is why he chose to be a looming threat to his own village. Mrs Carly is technically right his immortality is technically not real, it’s more like a … buying time method till he can achieve pure immortality, he is a body snatcher , witch means he must find and take a body, and even then that body is still mortal. He can still be killed, it takes work to do what he dose, so no he’s not truly as immortal as he wants you to think. Hell of speech and man is it beautiful as hell. Now onto want we see in said flashes of history. Now for mr. Angelo thinking lord second is Jiraiya’s father. This is not confirmed, but it is one of the big fan theories and another being that Kakashi is a blood descendent of Lord second as well. There’s explanation for this theory, but there’s no need for me to go into it other than say fans think the same as you, Mr. Angelo. Most of theses teams we see in lord thirds thoughts are either not expanded upon or final character model for when they are, so don’t lose sleep over mates. There’s another fan theory that the other boy of Jiraiya students was a young Teuchi (aka Raman man) personally I think it’s just fair wanting to connect everything, but it doesn’t mean that I don’t love this theory since the Ramen man is very close to Naruto, I mean, he practically has been feeding him his whole childhood. Jiraiya, Orochimaru. And REDACTED.. Orochimaru had trained Anko Mitarashi. While Jiraiya took on a number of students. The most notable being the fourth Hokage REDACTED REDACTED. Before becoming lord fourth REDACTED Had students of his own most nobly being Kakashi Hatake, (note lord fourth was youngest Hokage in history, as well as having the shortest run in office of only a year before dying and lord third reclaiming the position.) Kakashi Hatake would later go too take his own students Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Sakura Haruno. Shonobi history may be about the past but the future still looms, who knows what students will await theses three. History is always present Shuttihg up now.

2026-01-01 18:18:17 +0000 UTCI dont think Orochimaru's Immortality Jutsu works like that, it's not that he can't be killed, like if you'd chop off he's head he would really die, what his jutsu does is it prevents aging, like let;'s say you are 70 and you perform this jutsu on someone who is 20 and they normal lifespan would be about 70/80 years then you can live for another 50/60 years and then swap bodies again. So you are technically immortal, but that only applies to death of old age

2025-12-31 17:56:32 +0000 UTCA huge trope/theme of this show is the theme of family and relationships, not only in the present but also over time, over generations. Especially in the leaf village we see the values that have created and sustained the village over time. Sarutobi (the 3rd hokage who is fighting orochimaru right now) is the epitomy of the values of the village, as he learned the values of the village from the 1st and 2nd hokage(he is old as hell lol). We also see the negative aspects of that love and care for the village to continue thriving for the next generation. We see in these episodes how the 3rd hokage (sarutobi) wanted to leave the village in the hands of someone talented, capable, and intelligent. In the end his love for his pupil prevented him from seeing the darkness in orochimaru as a child and unable of making the difficult choice back in the day of killing orochimaru. By the time the 3rd hokage saw the evil in orochimaru and decided on someone else to be the 4th hokage, orochimaru had already been a fully realized high level ninja, and deemed one of the Legendary Sannin. Even though he chose someone else to be the 4th hokage, his love for his pupil and wanting someone competent/a genius to take his place, it was too late. In the end his blind love for his pupil cost the leaf village an innumerable amount of lives that could have been prevented if he was more objective and not blinded by the love for his talented pupil and desperately wanting to leaf the village to be left in capable hands.
