The one you are referring to with speculation of them being related in some way to naruto is the 4th hokage that has since died. So the third took back over (likely to no successor available). There is currently only 4 total hokages for the leaf village, as seen from the mountain. It's kind of unclear, but this is to clear it up. 1 and 2 are the reanimations, 3 is Sarutobi, 4 is the one Sarutobi stopped from reanimating.
