(Eros Love) Anya and Damian are probably more: Philia Love, eventually Storge or Ludus Love. So I don't think theres any real forced ‘romance’ between Anya and Damian. Now if you were talking about Becky and Loid instead….I’d agree with what you said. But Anya and Damian are not being shipped together in the same romantic sense as Loid and Yor or Nightfall. Working at a daycare with children around this age; Anya and Damian are exactly what I see everyday and more. The amount of times I’ve had a kid come in from recess and say they were in love with a tennis ball and was going to run away and get married to it or each other lol. Lots of young kids have all sorts of ‘playground crushes’ on each other, people, objects, animals real or fake/imaginary. IF ANYTHING, the only one who pushes an awkward forced relationship/romance is Becky with her unnecessarily in love with Loid trying to become his wife and watching Berlint in Love at waaaaaay to young an age. I also agree with wanting to see more Loid and Yor growing closer romantically. (maybe also nightfall and frankie???😂)

2025-11-30 18:08:18 +0000 UTCI enjoyed season 1 and liked season 2 even more, but as season 3 goes on I’m honestly starting to dislike it simply because of how much attention is put on this forced “romantic” aspect of Anya and Damian’s… relationship? Anya is like 4–5, Damian is 6, which already makes the romantic angle feel weird. However the issue isn’t even their age but the way it’s portrayed. The “romance” is basically one sided from Damian, and his constant cycle of intense blushing, conflicting feelings, and immediately being rude to Anya isn’t cute or funny, it’s just awkward and genuinely uncomfortable to watch because I don’t even know how I’m supposed to react to it. I’d be completely fine with the two of them developing a genuine friendship over time, especially since Anya literally came from an orphanage, only has Becky as a friend, and struggles to connect with kids her age. That would actually feel meaningful, but this forced romantic framing feels unnecessary and misplaced. I’m far more invested in seeing the Forgers develop into a true family unit and watching Loid and Yor’s feelings grow naturally. But instead we keep circling the same Anya–Damian pattern: she says something playful or silly, he blushes and snaps at her, she gets upset or cries, he feels guilty but denies it and either apologizes awkwardly or pretends nothing happened… rinse and repeat. There’s basically no progression there, just the same static awkwardness. Maybe it’s a weird adaptation choice, or maybe this arc in the manga was written this way, but I simply can’t make myself enjoy it. I’ve even stopped watching new episodes when they drop on Crunchyroll and only catch them casually in the background when you post your reactions on Patreon. I’m genuinely curious to hear your thoughts, does this part of the show work for you, or does it feel just as strange?

And she's not the one who lied but the school when Yor called they said the field trip is still ongoing but when she called Sharon, she said her son is already in home because the field trip was cancelled. Her son must've been on the different bus and they cancelled the field trip when Anya and the other bus was hi jacked.

2025-11-30 15:41:14 +0000 UTCWe were so close to the friendship we were waiting for 🥹 but I think the going forward and backwards was cute, I love Damian opened up a little bit to Anya, I wish he could do that more, for his sake, but sadly Anya just uses that against him becase she can’t take the eyes off the mission (just like her dad) 😭 Carlie, I’m sorry to tell you that’s not how bipolar personality disorder works 🙈 hehehe I hope we can get more information about Melinda, because the character is so interesting!
