It is that time again where we will be doing another wrap up style video (which will also be available to free members). This will be centred around Marineford and the upcoming time skip! Leave your questions down below and we will heart a bunch of them that we will answer for the video, dropping sometime next week!
We will also have a Marineford/Post War quiz that the legend @Karp has put together for everyone!
Another cover story reaction will also feature in the video as well.

Are yall gonna watch the Fishman Island Remake? Toei ruins it in the anime and the filler they add is awful so id recommend it

2025-11-28 18:06:32 +0000 UTCNow that you have seen most of Garp, what do you guys think of his portrayal in the Live Action? Honestly I was mad at how he was depicted in the LA, they made him too gloomy and pirate obsessed for a guy that took the pirate king’s son to raise as his own. And the whole testing Luffy thing was so out of character, test or no test Garp still does not approve the boys’ decision. Him beating them up their entire childhood was enough to know his resolve and the boys’, by the time they sailed to sea it was a little too late for tests and og Garp knows it. Some people liked the scene of him talking with Zeff in the LA where they are having a heart to heart about Roger’s laugh, that was such a cringe scene for me and totally stolen from Smoker’s character, it was Smoker who had that whole arc of likening Luffy’s laugh to Roger’s in Louge Town when Luffy was about to be executed by Buggy. My main issue is I cannot imagine LA Garp sitting beside Ace on the execution platform crying and saying “Ace why didn’t you live like I told you? What should I do?!” “I don’t have sympathy for pirates but family is different” they just made him too strict and obsessed about capturing Luffy in the LA, when og Garp does not care one bit about capturing the boys, he knows their minds were made at that point and that there was no changing who they are, and he is carefree enough to let them go just because they are his grandkids. What do you guys think? I would also like to know your other thoughts on the LA now that you’ve reached this milestone in the series, and with season 2 coming next year (I’m skeptical).

If you could design a weak seeming devil fruit what would it be and how would it actually be overpowered in combat with the magic of anime world scaleing and logic.
