So for me this two episodes was my favorites of the series, i absolutely love Shisui (Loulan) and how well written she is, this season for me was phenomenal and make me more obsessed for this anime a lot more than season 1. I think probably season 3 and the movie its going to be like maybe the blonde foreign girls are going to try to get a seat on the palace, now with Loulan gone theyre going to try something there, and our beloved characters doesnt know that she was working with Shenmei well only Maomao knows, i havent seen the manga so thats my theory for season 3. Thank you guys for seeing this entire season with us and being that invested, loving and enjoying the characters, music and animation and storytelling and i love how u guys are so acurrate with the theories, characters and know exatly whats going on because its kinda complicated sometimes to understand everything. Loved ur reactions!!! Shisui best character!!!!! I love her so much!!!!!!!!!! BTW: I think the same as Carlie, the girls in this show are so well written, and i think its because of course the talent of the writter and maybe because shes a woman, sadly i think that most of the time male writers have difficulty writing good female characters. BTW: Jinshi was so horny that he almost made a baby with Mamao in the same place where there were dead children ๐

It's even funnier because the author of the novel originally did not plan to continue Jinshi's storyline, he was only meant to be a side character for a bit but since fans loved him and his story she wrote him in as a more prominent character and Maomao's love interest. Based on what little I've read of the light novel, the future seasons are going to be just as peak. Don't worry guys, this isn't the last we see of JinMao xDD About Shisui/Loulan surviving, if you noticed the hair pin that she barters off to the shopkeeper has a bullet hole in it so it's implied that the bullet Basen shot at her chest was intercepted by the hair pin hence she wasn't that fatally injured. I doubt she took the same potion as the one she fed the kids so her body was likely not paralyzed. Injured yes, but probs not to the point that she couldn't move so she was able to escape before the soldiers went down to look for her body. Plus they mentioned the area was too buried in snow so they planned to search again in spring. That's why Maomao said she might get the hair pin back in spring, implying if Shisui died with it on her body and they found her body in spring. I really love how this whole storyline played out. So so good!! Maomao's sadness when reading Xiaolan's letter was so palpable. My heart hurts every time I rewatch it. From the last two episodes, Shisui's last dance, Maomao realizing Shisui is "gone", Suirei's tears and Xiaolan's letter. Uff so painfully good! Can't believe we're done with TAD for now. Love you guys' reactions!! Now we wait for season 3 ToT
