It is true that back in the day, me and my friends always thought that Franky showing that much pages, even if not everything, of the blueprints was somewhat dangerous. This could have been enough with the wrong set of eyes, to produce weaker but still dangerous knockoff version of Pluton

Actually a very interesting plot point that has made people cook up all types of theories in the community. So it is actually a bit more important, and a long running setup that Oda planted all the way back in Alabasta ;)
