The shipwright Tom passed them to Iceberg, who then passed them to Franky, his fellow disciple. - the creator passed the blueprints down as a security measure. in case someone abused Pluton's power, another equally powerful weapon could be rebuilt I mean, can you image what the World Government could do with the blueprints? They could create hundreds of Pluton.

I really recommend a notebook, just for lore heavy episodes like these :D Just for stuff like this, where they namedrop something that's obviously pretty important but probably won't come up for another 100 episodes. Maybe that could help enjoying it more because you don't have to wonder whether you remember correctly and also prevent hardcore fans from writing angry comment about you guys not remembering every little detail :D
