Notice how Jin Woo met them both but commented only on her aura and wondered how many people in the world have it. And that's even with the fact that South Korea is considered one of weaker countries based on hunter levels which was mentioned and/or insinuated by several different characters briefly since the beginning. All of this is covered in more detail in webcomic and even moreso in light novel and I doubt they will go very far into this since they've been skipping a lot of non essential information in place for nice fast pacing. They still mention enough to get all the basic grasp of the world building so you arent missing anything essential.

2025-02-11 13:47:42 +0000 UTCI see a lot of people complaining all over the internet about the name "Tusk" being translated as "Kiba" in the anime, but what many don't understand is that just because a manhwa is translated into English doesn't mean the names used are the original ones. The original name is what appears in the Korean version. Jin-Woo's system monitor has always been in English, even in the Korean manhwa, but "Tusk" is not the exact word Jin-Woo says in Korean. He actually says 어금니 (Eogeumni), and the system monitor displays "Tusk" in English. This means that the Japanese adaptation simply translated the Korean term into Japanese, resulting in "Kiba." The same applies to "Igris", the Japanese version follows the original Korean pronunciation, which is why Jin-Woo says "Igrit" in the anime.

Absolutely love how they adapted this fight from the manhwa, we got some anime original scenes (like spiderman Jinwoo on the chains) but also got some scenes that were the same as the manhwa that were animated so beautifully. Such an incredibly entertaining and hype episode! Good catch by Ange that the curses/poisons don't work on Jinwoo thanks to his rewards from the double dungeon, most people miss it because the notification screen only flashes for a second or they don't remember about that detail from season 1. Awesome reaction guys, I enjoyed this so much!! Can't wait for next week!
