He just coming to the realization that he doesn’t have the full spectrum of emotions as he had before. Also he has to deal with very tough situation on losing his mother, while not having the emotional ability to do so. Unfortunately murano is caught in the middle.

He also has no Human that he can really share his burden with, without them getting slashed by Migi. So even though I understand your sympathy for Murano, I think it is none of Shinichi fault and he actually has it much much worse than her in this situation. Also I have seen many viewers of this series say that "Parasytes killing humans are wrong". I think the point of the show has always been that both Humans and Parasytes killing other species are wrong but we still do it anyway for our own survival. If Parasytes are wrong to kill Humans, then Humans are also wrong to kill other species for our own food. Or the other way around, if Humans killing other species for food is not wrong, then Parasytes are also not wrong to kill Humans for food.

Shiniji not talking to murano to save 6 people seems the opposite of selfish to me, so he does still have some human in him for sure, tho he clearly has some emotional regulation going on becaus of the parasyte bits. 2. I think the reason she didnt want to turn in Hide because she liked him and her brother said it was just rumors, so if she was wrong maybe she thought the same thing migi did and thought he would get arrested and experimented on even if he was an parasyte but didnt actually eat people? and obviously young kids and "love" dont really work well together so she felt some attachment to him for some reason. 3. I think Kana goes to a different school so she wouldnt have been around A or any of the other parasytes we have seen yet. We first see her when shes with the other bloke who cant stop trying to fight everyone, and shes never in school but always looking for izumi after school.

I also thought Shinichi's transformation was very Peter Parker when I first saw it lol. Very enjoying the post ep discussions, I'm looking forward to how they'll change as the series progresses.

How can there be a murderer monster like that? Something like that inside my school and I see him everyday? Nah That's too BS to be real. I would approch him just like her as well but at least I would prepare something to protect myself.
