There isn't any human psyche left in her. they dont retain The hosts memmories or anything... And the parasites aren't all actively hostile to each other. They are hostile to shinichi/migi in particular because shinichi is a human that is fully aware of the presence and nature of the parasites. So they view him as a threat.

Its an impressive feat for someone to kick out the driver of a car on the freeway and not swerve at all, thats all.

And to clarify one thing Carlie mentioned in the discussion, the parasytes don't want to kill each other. They feel Shinichi is a threat specifically since he still has his human mind. He has so much knowledge that can be potentially used against them as a species.
