Not very groundbreaking. Whereas Nighteye, in his deathbed still manaaged to give 3 very powerful heroes hope. His words were a resolution to 3 different conflicts. 1. Healed the rift between him and All Might 2. Admitted Deku deserves OFA 3. Reassured Mirio of his future

The reason that's such a big deal to Overhaul was because he used his quirk to put his Old Man in that like, comatose state so he could do all his sick plans without pushback. Now that he doesn't have his hands, he can't fix whatever he did to his Old Man

The caveat being that the longer into the future he looked the wider the timeframe for the prediction would become but it would always be exactly what he saw
