I believe they saw the scene where the principal invites All Might to teach at UA to find a suitable successor, this is where the camera first shows us Mirio I believe :)

IMO Season 1-3 would be like 8.5/10 or 9/10. season 4-5 are more like 7.5/10 for me. while the newest season are prob close to 8.5. I feel like season 1-3 ramped up the action really fast, while 4-5 kinda felt like set-up which makes people not like them too much. I kinda look at season 1-3 to be the Before All Might saga and season 4-final to be like the After All Might Saga

EP24: Principal Nezumi deserves MVP, because he has the same VA as your favorite One Piece character, Satori (& his brothers), so I understand why you would pick him :) EP25: I think there is a slight confusion about Mirio & the successor thing... The flashback showing All Might and Nezumi speaking about a successor was when All Might first came to UA to become a teacher, before even meeting Deku. It showed that All Might told the principal that he needs a successor, and the principal told him "yes, we have some one who is suitable for that" and they put the camera on Mirio. However, we all know that eventually All Might chose Deku as his successor, otherwise he would've given One for All to Mirio. Obviously, As all Might said to Bakugo, the only ones who knew about this were Recovery Girl and the Principal,so it's not like everyone thinks of Mirio as All Might's successor. + Whoever told you that S4 is not as good don't know what they're talking about... It's almost as good as S3. My advice is to ignore people's opinions on the seasons and go to them without expectations, that would be better.

Season 4 Is top awell I will say There are dark themes in it, im not usre what the characters actually say in the sub about certain actions being youtube friendly. thats all ill say, hard to rewatch sometimes.

But I thinks u guys gonna love season 4 and for me have one song that is the best one of my hero, even better than you say run, and thank you guys for the fun and emotional reactions. A lot of people call it a “filler arc” (which is wrong, it’s literally in the manga.) but it’s actually one of my favorite arcs of the entire series! Season 5 has some pacing issues, but I actually really like that season too. If you are invested in these characters and their development, then season 4 & 5 are great for that! (And after that Season 6 & 7 are just the absolute PEAK of MHA.) I can’t wait for you guys to experience the rest of this show! ❤️

I also have to echo everybody else in the comments that are baffled by people saying that season 4 is weak. It has some amazing moments, character building, and multiple moments that will make Carli cry.

(i understand its anime about kids but when you censor moments that are crucial for the story and stuff flies over your head because of it then its just stupid). Season 4 has some of my favorite characters and moments and i felt disappointed when i first watched it

I also enjoyed season 5, but I can understand that people who just want an action dump wouldn't enjoy it. It definitely focuses more on development as it will be greatly needed to improve the impact of the later seasons.

2024-12-04 20:43:34 +0000 UTC@17:24 in episode 23 is one of my favorite shots of the entire series: All Might, the symbol of peace followed by the embodiment of two halves of his ideal, perfectly split down the middle by the line in the road. The two halves of the greatest hero, the desire to save everyone and the desire to always win/never lose. And I think Carlie is spot on in identifying their proper relationship being what back All Might and Endeavor!

Season 4 is really good and has some of my favorite episodes in the series. And althought season 5 might not be exceptionally good, it’s still very solid with really important story points and one of the more tragic backstories you’ll see in this show
