maybe not finding he is not the best as much as finding out his skillset is more suitable to be even better in other positions. as a few others in BlueLock

Ronny

I can see Bachira’s mom for mvp tho.

Sae was leaving because of Aiku’s bet in the first place though. Aiku just backed down from his position because he lost the bet.

100% agreed. Also using him as an excuse for playing football. I feel Sae started the tough love there so that if Rin forgets about him as a brother, he can finally be the best striker. Sae is honestly doing the best as an elder sibling, even masking his pain at the words his younger brother said, while Rin was unwilling to compromise. Sure Rin worked hard in the past 4 years, but we have no idea the amount of pain and hardwork Sae went through during that period.

Congrats on winning against us (Real Madrid) Ange, you deserved it. Your team is looking solid this year, except for whoever is looking after the contracts 👀

you could also make an argument Aiku should be MVP as he managed to convince Sae to stay which is objectively the biggest contribution to any side. Without Sae U20 team 100% loses, Aiku even acknowledge this and swallows his pride by asking Sae to stay and play with Shidou in order to win. On the other hand my MVP for this episode is definitely Bachira's mom because she is just best mom any child could ask for. I dont know if it is bringing my parental issues so i am biased but every time she is on the screen supporting her boy so wholesomely i tear up

I feel like this mvp was easily Rin or Sae. If you guys are hesitant because they were frames as losers for losing their dreams, Aiku literally lost his bet with Sae. So technically, Sae won something this episode, he’s the reason Shidou is coming on. I like Ego, but I don’t think this was his best speech. Lowkey maybe just give mvp to Chigiri’s sister.

Naqib _

I agree completely

ep nagi is out on streaming services now!

Among all my mates I’m the only Liverpool Supporter and they hate when we do well because I don’t let them have a conversation without bringing it up.

I think with Sae crushing Rin's dream its more because Rin's dream is for Sae and him to be the best strikers in the world but Sae switched positions so I personally felt the fault lied here with Rin as he's pushing his dreams on his brother but I could be wrong. Also I think Sae believes Rin could be the best because of that conversation they had where he Rin was talking about hotspots and playing instinctually.

i am agreeing with Ange on the locker room talk thing. In sports you need adrenaline to keep you focused. High adrenaline helps you think better, run faster, forget about fatigue and stress... Adrenaline is your best friend on the field. When you go to locker room and start bragging and celebrating you are doping yourself on dopamine which is counterproductive. Yes both adrenaline and dopamine are neurotransmitters but they are very different things. Coffeine keeps you awake, so does sugar rush. But if you get high on sugar rush gets you superactive but you will crash down hard, meanwhile too much coffee makes you jittery. Even though both have same purpose of keeping you awake, its wrong to treat them as same thing. Same is with adrenaline and dopamine. Adrenaline keeps you pumped up, alert... ready to crush the oposition. Dopamine makes you happy, relaxed, "Complacent". they are both meant to make you feel good but the way they make you feel good are completely different. And while adrenaline is your best friend, dopamine is an enemy on the field. Yes celebrating the goal in the moment is good, but focus on the game as a whole is more important than being happy with your highlight. Basically, when you are high on adrenaline and score you think "yeah, lets goo, we are winning this. lets score 10 more" or whatever. When you are high on dopamine and score you think "yes, i acomplished something. i scored, even if we lose they cant blame me because i actually did something unlike them" or whatever. Blue lock in season 1 have a moment talking about this in a way (although not directly) when they bring up examples of strikers saying they would rather score hat-trick and lose 3:4 then win with someone elses goal. Blue lock uses it to describe importance of striker ego but that also sumarizes how dopamine works on the field compared to adrenaline

Will you react to Episode Nagi movie it would be great ?

imagine being the best all your life then going international and realizing how big the world is, accept your shortcomings and dare to dream a new dream, come back to your brother, tell him he'll be the best striker and you'll be the best midfielder and hear the words "did you come back just to tell me something this lame? I don't want to see you like this. you're not the brother I shared a dream with". he didn't show it much but the pain was still visible in the moments he was saying "so half baked. both you and me" . everything he said and did after is kinda justified in my eyes at this point

Ananth Varma

Royale is indeed meant to be Real Madrid. It was mentioned last season twice (in the first or second episode when we met Sae, and in the last two episodes one of the World 5 Strikers were mentioned to be from that club).
