2024-11-20 01:09:52 +0000 UTCthey should just continue on with the manga and not bother with anymore of the anime after S1 honestly, it will just ruin the story for them. why watch the anime when there's a medium that tells the story better and allows you to enjoy it at its fullest. plenty of other anime that doesn't ruin its source material that they can react to out there. anyway this is just my opinion, will respect whatever they decide to do 😅

2024-11-19 21:04:56 +0000 UTCI would definitely recommend season 2. The manga is phenomenal and the anime changes some of that story. But it is still amazing to watch if you haven’t read the manga. I think a lot of people didn’t like the rest of the anime because they read it then watched the show which would ultimately be disappointing. But as someone who watched the show first then read the manga. The show is still amazing it’s just different.

When you finished reading you can tell Carlie what happend and you guys can watch season 3 together. Its like season 1, stuff is missing, but not completly new story like season 2. That's why so many people who only watched the anime were confused as to why season 3 had a different story since season 3 followed the manga again.

I’m not sure which episode but when he got attacked by that dude with the glasses and kaneki saved him and they brought him back to Antique, it showed them talking about the half ghoul half human thing and at the end of the scene Hide opened his eyes to show he was listening. I’m not sure how much he knows, but he 100% knows Kaneki is a ghoul. That’s why he keeps bringing up ghoul stuff in front of him hoping he opens up, or why he has all that stuff in his room investigating ghouls and the wards.
