The VA for All For One is PHENOMENAL. His reputation and abilities aside, what REALLY gives me goosebumps is the fact that his voice is always so unconcerned and tinged with this ever-present laughter, even when he's in a situation that seems disadvantageous. Like he's amused by any situation, no matter if it benefits him or not.

In English, the voice line reads (I'm paraphrasing here) "You can't save him All Might, BECAUSE I... AM.. HERE." Mocking All Might this episode with his own phrase is peak villainy lol
