This episode is where you finally see Shigaraki start to invest himself as much as the heroes. Prior to this, he was mainly treating it like a game and just giving up when he lost interest or it turned against him, but this time he is incensed and absolutely refuses to just give up, despite everything looking bad for the League. I think he was going to do something but that's when the Nomus got warped in.

That facial expression before he shouted "I wasn't scared" wasn't anger (even when he shouted that, it didn't even sound genuinely angry like it usually does), it was relieve because the heroes got there. I mean his lip even quivered, he looked emotional. In contrast, we know what he actually looks like when he's angry. I know Bakugou's aggressiveness and temper can distract from the fact that he is just a child. But despite them being aspiring heroes, they are just children. There is no child, no matter how tough that child acts, that wouldn't be scared when it is kidnapped by a bunch of villains who can kill it whenever they want. Please don't forget that, especially with Bakugou because his personality can be distracting, I get it. But he's human and he's got emotions besides anger too. No offense intended, just a little "reminder" to take a deeper look with him.

It was not Shigaraki. All for One's entrance was so epic! He's EP9 MVP for sure. I love his voice actor. He's one of the most famous and epic sounding voice actors in Japan. His voice is so special and unique.
