2024-10-27 14:59:36 +0000 UTCRegarding the dance powder: 1 - It is confirmed that dance powder was being planted to be used against the King (in the palace and in the harbor). 2 - Smoker has Hina find the ship, their conversation on the ship was confirming that Smoker did not use the Dance Powder to bring on the rain. This also confirms that Baroque Works was in possession of the Dance Powder, providing further support against Crocodile [who is a part of the government to an extent, and above Smoker's rank/authority] . 3 - During the last 3 years the only rain that fell was in the capitol Alubarna. It is believed the use of dance powder by BW caused this. 4 - After Crocodile fell when the soldiers and rebels return to fighting there is a swish of sand as part of the transition. This swish is also part of the manga. This might imply that Crocodile was holding back rain using his sand, and his defeat released it and allowed it to rain. 5 - The rain could have also just been coincidental/a great way for Oda to end the fighting.

In the Manga the First Page is always some sort of One Page Picture which somtimes are random Drawings with Persons from One Pice and Sometimes there are Collections of Drawings which give a Short Story or Cover Story. Two of them have been animated. First Little Buggys Great Adventure, and the Coby and Helmeppo Training Story. After that no more have been animated (Except Jango as a Special Episode, but with changes in comparison to the Cover story. This is also the Episode the music during their dance was from). These are the Cover Stories of the Manga up to this Point in the Anime.(In case you want to look them up in the internet) : Buggy's Crew Adventure Chronicles Diary of Koby-Meppo Jango's Dance Paradise Hatchan's Sea-Floor Stroll Wapol's Omnivorous Hurrah and maybe Ace's Great Blackbeard Search The others would spoil future events. On Youtube you can find a narrated Collection of the Cover Stories, just search for One Piece Cover Story narrated by virtual Vanguard

Imagine if one of these episodes was titled "Vivi stops the bomb just in time!" that is how the titles are later on.
