Episode 1 of every season is like this episode in the sense that it feels like a refresher/recap episode to help viewers remember where we're at in the story. The year, year and a half wait between seasons were rough π

2024-10-21 00:03:29 +0000 UTCRemember that Kaminari helped Mineta trick the girls of 1A during the sports festival(the cheerleader outfit bit). In this episode Kaminari was motivated at the prospect of seeing the girls in their non-school swimsuits. He doesn't go as far as Mineta and actually try and force physical contact or trying to peek while they are changing. Basically if there is a chance to see cute girls in cute/sexy outfits he is up for it(that's how it seems anyways).
