the romance aspect of this show is definitely the worst lol first 2 seasons had the same problem with the romance but it's still a good show. It's upsetting how much hate this show gets just because the main character is a buff woman then people use the romance to justify their hate when, overall, the show is really good :D glad u guys are enjoying it <3

There are some people that rag on this series for really unfair reasons, like saying they went woke with making the main character a woman. Those people are obviously dumb. But some people to counterbalance that come to the defense of objectively bad writing choices, specifically the romance. I love this show but the romance is just bad.

So this request is not totally related to ATLA or TLoK, but if you haven't seen the 1991 film, Hook, could you consider giving it a go? You may have seen why this movie might be relevant to watch right now, but in the off chance you haven't, I won't mention why it's relevant or what the relation to the Avatar series is. So don't look up anything about the movie. If you do consider watching it, I'd love to see your reactions.

2024-09-26 19:26:31 +0000 UTCi think this is the episode that finally really hooked me on the legend of korra. lin is the absolute goat. the angsty teen romance can be irritating, i mostly don’t enjoy it throughout the series (occasionally it works), but i think overall it pays off by the end. just my take. also, justice for asami.
