The name of the meeting place was shown. There was a picture shown of a man with distinct facial markings and was presented as "Revolutionist Dragon" who was deemed to have dangerous ideologies, and would likely be a thorn in the side of the World Government in 5-6 years. Vivi was 10 at the time.
