not true. bushido means way of the swordsman or path of the warrior. bushido itself is code, set of morals, rulebook of sort etc... bushi in bushido stands for swordsman. you cant say bushido in itslef means just swordsman when its so much more

Jamie Lee Curtis was the long time expected person to play the role. At first it was a fan casting, but it blew up when she revealed in an interview that she's a huge One Piece fan. Even the showrunners tagged her in a tweet saying "let's talk". Unfortunately at the time the actor strike was going on and they couldn't begin recording anything and when the time came around to it, her schedule was full and she couldn't make it work.

2024-09-03 12:53:58 +0000 UTC"Bushido code" is like a code of honnor or a rulebook for samurai. like a set of rules to maintain proper moral compass as samurais were very honorable and respectful swordsman. to call someone Mr. Bushido would be equivalent of acknowledging their skills as swordsman and also showcasing the respect for person as an individual due to their personality and not just swordsmanship. There is many ways to give swordsman a nickname. but you would only give swordsman nickname "bushido" or anything relating to bushido code if said swordsman is worthy of the label meaning said swordsman is honorable and with right moral compass. That being said, i think i am probably looking too much into it and it could just be first thing that comes to her mind. "guy with swords > mr. bushido". Still, i like to think there is more to it as bushido code and samurai are my favorite thing in the whole world to read and talk about

He is ready to take his crew on his shoulders to the top, to make sure they are safe, even if he is bleeding. He doesn’t leave you behind. Where you cannot go, he takes you. He does this now, and will keep doing it for the next 1000+ episodes.

Just to clear some of your confusion on these episodes guys, you have seen a second type of Devil Fruits and we have: Paramecia: These give your body the properties associated to the fruit, you have examples like Luffy Rubber fruit, Buggy Chop fruit, Alvida Smooth fruit or Mr. 3 Wax fruit. It just make your body takes on the powers of the fruit and you know what they do based on the name of the fruit. The new type fruit you are seeing is called Zoan Fruit, they make you transform into a entity related to the name of the fruit. As of now you got Dalton with the Ox Ox fruit which makes him transform from his base form Human Dalton into his Beast Mode Ox Dalton. You will know more about these fruits as the show goes on so dont worry! Any power you see anyone using comes from a Devil Fruit, whenever you see an abnormal thing on someone is cause they are devil fruit users so you can even try thinking of what power could they have.

2024-09-02 15:48:04 +0000 UTCFor the devil fruits there are 3 types Zoan which are animal fruits: Dalton is the only current example Logia: like smoker who is smoke, are people who get elemental powers. parmecia is the most common type and are anything that don’t fall in the other two categories like Luffy, wapol, alvida, and buggy.

Also: yes, there are different devil fruit types and they are referring to the Ox Ox fruit as a Zoan type Devil fruit. More will be explained and introduced later on in the show. I’m with Carlie, especially first episode was kinda stressful to watch 😂

We've obviously seen him fight to defend his crew, but this was a whole different level to what we've seen so far. Climbing a sheer cliff, barefoot, in a blizzard, carrying two people. Absolutely badass. It's one of the many moments that make One Piece my favorite show of all time. Oh and 'Bushido' is like a Samurai philosophy or code. I believe there have been multiple types of Bushido throughout history. They're essentially codes of honor, detailing how Samurai should conduct themselves. It's kind of similar to the European concept of chivalry, but there are some fundamental differences. Basically, Vivi's calling him "Mr. Samurai".
