It's outside of the normal Carlie and Ange wheelhouse, but watching how much you two loved the blind swordsman had me thinking you should react to the classic Kurosawa film Yojimbo (For patreon anyways). Masterpiece of cinema, and surely there are enough japanophiles around here that the reaction would be appreciated.

Really like the show a bit more the 2nd time around through those. - Shion being a competent white/light hair husbando fits Carlie's TYPE as speculated by Ange back in the C&A rewards lmao. Add another light hair husbando to Carlie's list. - I can't remember exactly, but I think one of you speculated that Gabimaru's wife may be fake a while back. Or just joked about it like "watch them make his wife be fake :(" So that was a good hunch. - Yuzuriha's VA is also Emilia's from Re:Zero, fun trivia

I just thought that in comparison to what Mappa is capable of, it wasnt that amazing. Especially considering how beautiful the world looks around the characters. I feel like theres a lot of potential to make the series look seriously good

But this type of criticism is subjective (I also really liked the animation), i just wanted to say Ange was fair in his criticism (it actually sounded more like nitpick than anything).

I personally ended up like the animation at the end and the music was so good. But I can see most of the budget when to JJK season 2. Hopefully next season gets more hype and recognition. Aza is the most like a Tensen right now cuz he can regernerate, while for other mortal humans, using Tao is fairly taxing. Maybe Aza will suffer his own different side effects, as implied. Match up thing I liked a lot in later story. Here a couple examples were how Nurugai could hug and rejuvenate Sagiri and Shion but it didn't work on Yuzu. That tensen said Sagiri and Shion have similar tao, that opposes his. While Yuzu had similar tao as Tensen here. So there is aiding and opposing relationships between taos. Fr underrated. Chars, power system, talk about balance in between strength and weakness, world building and look. Liked everything myself. In next season it will be a melting pot as not only more Asaemon are sent, ninjas are coming too. It was told in like... 3rd ep maybe. Nice reactions, thank you guys!
