Itβs more ironic where in the manga Horiβs brother comments to his classmate (a girl) on how he hates feeling as a 3rd wheel and a subtle hints on which base his big sis got to recently.

"there was heat within me and I wanted miyamura to feel it to" part is supposed to be interpreted a little less poetically (she is naked in the end of the ep)
