Season 5 is the weakest one because it was adapted and it aired during the pandemic. Some arcs had a bit too much filler, and other important stuff got cut off. the later half of 5 was kinda messy but it’s still not bad for an anime.

2024-08-13 12:05:11 +0000 UTC6:13 Well, you have to understand that from their point of vue, it's not that easy to get that All Might and Izuku have the same quirk. In MHA's universe, there is a lot of quirks that are extremely similar, or even the exact same. Plus, like Izuku said it early, a quirk that can be passed onto someone else is not a common thing at all, it's almost non-existant or completely unknown, from the simple fact that how can you identify that your quirk is to pass your quirk to someone else? (Not saying more about that, but it's just to explain the logic). So even if from other's point of vue, Izuku and All Might have really similar quirks, it's not logic for them to jump to the conclusion that they are related in that way. It's logic for us because we already have the information as a viewer ^^

2024-08-10 12:49:46 +0000 UTCPlease don’t listen to people claiming season 4 and 5 are really bad and they fall off, it’s simply not true. Do they have some issues yes but most people only want to see the fights in the later seasons they don’t care about the actual characters. In this very comment section someone literally stated that they just wanted to see the action, which is fine but that’s not the focus of the series the characters are and the amount of people that complained about them still being in school is ridiculous. Season 4 was great and season 5 is a setup season with a lot of important information. I don’t know why but in recent years people think it’s cool to hate on my hero.

Seeing y’all get hyped or Ange noticing small details like the change in Deku’s voice when he says “Don’t you dare touch All Might”. Folks criticize seasons 4-5 for not giving every moment the hype it deserves but they are still very good. It’s just that season 1-3 are utterly phenomenal. They do get back on track in 6 & 7 though.
