Shorter and much more popular series. And even for DN it was mentioned they tried watching it but chose not to continue for reasons only they know. Maybe Monster contains similar reasons.

2024-08-12 20:24:50 +0000 UTCNobody is disrespecting monster. There's just a bunch of stuff that pulls more views such as newer shows and mainstream stuff. Monster is not mainstream. That does not mean it's not good. That just means for most channels it'll never be covered because there's very little incentive to actually do so. The reality is that if C&A do monster it's not going to perform well on Youtube at all because they don't have the type of community to care about older shows much. This is very much evidenced by how polls are currently going. Some reactors can pull it off (Semblence of Sanity or Autosave absolutely could for example) because those channels have a community that cares more deeply about anime as a whole, rather than just watching the 10 or 20 most popular shows. This isn't meant as a negative or a bad thing for C&A specifically, but it might help you set better expectations of the type of shows you'll realistically never see on here no matter how good they are.

It may not have much depth to the story compared to Tokyo Ghoul but it's an exciting watch and I think Carlie & Ange will enjoy it too

It's clear that the condescension behind "I guess majority of subscribers are new anime watchers" is due to Tokyo Ghoul, the oldest anime on this poll thus one that maybe those new to anime haven't seen, losing. All that being said, people rave about season 1, a product that is still inferior to the manga but is astronomically better than the garbage that followed, but I think it'd just be a waste of time considering they're never going to see an ending to that series

It's called "The ancient Magus Bride" and for now there's only two seasons (+ two extras like 2 or 3 episodes wide each one that connect the parts or the seasons I guess). I would be awesome if you'd consider reacting to it💖

But as a reader, it gets so good and I hope the second season next year convinces y’all! Animated soooo well and the VAs are so good. The show has a lot of heart and sets up MC’s future journey well. But I also think Kaiju will make for great reaction content!

It was produced by the same studio as Naruto, Black Clover and Tokyo Ghoul. :D I've seen people comparing it to "The Apothecary Diaries", some even said that Yatagarasu was better... I also loved Tower of God but again, not a lot of people react to it... Please consider it next time! :)

Season 1 was good but the studio deciding to make season 2 basically original content and then try to go back to manga canon for :re just made the entire show very messy, confusing, and in all a disaster of a show. I suggest just ignoring the show and not putting it in polls. But I do have to mention, the manga is incredible and one of my favourite series, despite the horrible anime adaptation.

I thought the show was awesome and I've watched many of their reactions and think they would love it. I also watched Windbreaker and it was good and I know they would enjoy it also. I vote Kaiju and follow it up with Windbreaker since they are both the same length and first season shows.

The manga is one of the best pieces of fiction I've ever read but the anime did not do it justice AT ALL. If you're going to consume it please read it or wait and hope for a remake, but watching the anime is a disservice to the story.

Super underrated imo. Really enjoyed Kaiju No. 8 episode 1, but didn't continue it. Will definitely have to pick it up again if it wins (it will).

As for Tokyo Ghoul, I am very surprised I watched the whole series. My opinion of it is very similar to some people out there, “Very Overrated”, so yeah I didn’t really enjoy it, but we all have different tastes. Unravel is the best part of the anime:) I would recommend Dead Mount Death Play, hmm although I enjoyed it, the animation could have been better as well. Another recent released anime is “Reincarnated as the 7th Prince”, animation superb, the manga was even better. Although the dialogue in the anime could get prolonged and might annoy u. MASHLE!!!!! is soo good, Dr.Stone is so goood.

The first season is fun as an anime but the further you go into the anime the worse it gets and it will not really lend itself for a good reaction if you have to skip the last 1-2 seasons because of it.
