And that’s actually kinda rare, there’s probably thousands of animes that end on a kiss after seasons of buildup, but I like the kind where you get to stay with the characters and see where that leads for awhile.

Idk how much if it is cringe, love is war is far more cringe and they loved it so I think the dangers in my heart would be a great watch for them. Roshii and sheera love it and I know Carlie and Ange would as well so I hope they watch it in the near future. I can respect your recommendations except the last one, I didn’t even watch that one.

But I can understand and respect the opinion, Definitely not bad just kinda niche in terms of Rom-Coms. Would always recommend Wotokai, SNAFU, Toradora, Hell I would even put Quintessential Quintuplets. Ok that was a bit much lmao but I know a lot of people like Danger in my heart, So it’s a fair opinion for sure.

Of course this is very slowly starting to change in younger generations but even now there are a lot of places where you are not allowed to bath if you are tatooed (because of their relevance to the yakuza).

I think the great thing about this anime, and this is just my interpretation, is it's showing us how honesty and respect are important, even when you don't know if things will work in your favor. I think that's what I really love about this anime. The characters try to be open and genuine with one another, and that's something you rarely see in high school. It's something where even as adults it can sometimes be hard to stay true to yourself with how much we can be influenced by societal norms. This show is such a gem!
