2024-07-24 03:14:10 +0000 UTCFor info, Rhaenyra in the books is known to like women as well, so the attraction towards Mysaria isn't out of character. However I also agreed that it felt a bit random and I'm not sure what purpose that scene will serve. On the other hand I am absolutely weak for Emma D'Arcy so I enjoyed it regardless ๐ I'm taking the scene as "they're both stressed and need to get some". I can also understand the criticism of spending too much time on Daemon at Harrenhal, although I find his hallucinations and awkward interactions with Simon Strong hilarious. It's nearly sitcom material if you added sound effects for him tumbling through the door or waking up in random places. Seasmoke was the star of this episode, what an absolute prankster ๐ and yes he's a male dragon.

I get that Daemon in the book also doesn't do anything during this time, but really agree with you Ange, 5 episodes of fever dreams at Harrenhall is a bit much. all of that could have been 2 episodes, and then give more screen time to his relationship with Baela and Rhaena, for example.
