This is one of my favorite episodes of the whole series, both the stories inside the episode and the stories about the creators are amazing and meaningful.

2024-06-21 17:53:31 +0000 UTCIn the tale of Aang, the little girl thatโs talks about the cat being stuck at the zoo is a Make-a-wish kid, her wish was the meet the creators but they ended up adding her to the show with the same clothes she wore and giving her a line. She ended up beating the cancer.

Because it's not my song. It's his song, and that's a more noble way of putting it. It's my way of saying, 'thank you for what you've given me. I honor your life, I respect your legacy.' But also, on a more mundane level, I'm not as good an actor as Mako. I can't sing it as well, I didn't want to sully peoples' memory of that with me singing it."
