Yes, I definitely hope for some more lore! Because if it IS something ANYONE can do, why don't they? If they're against it because it makes them more demonic and could be "tempting," why aren't they actively warning demon slayers from doing it?? And Sanemi didn't seem surprised when Genya mentioned it, as if it was unheard of, just mega pissed. I honestly don't even remember if the manga goes into it more or if it's in an extra booklet or what 😂

Like, is it just something where ANY human can gain demonic powers by eating a demon? Or is it something unique to Genya? I hope they go into that a bit.

2024-06-10 15:32:31 +0000 UTCIf you're curious, this episode was much closer to the pace of the manga with just one or two scenes for the Hashira. That being said Ufotable still added like another 5 minutes of original stuff with Obanai (incl. going extra hard with his last fight with Tanjiro)
