Usopps backstory for me is the least emotional in the show. Definetly WAY more sad in the anime bc of the whole dynamic through usopps friends but for the whole show more like a smart little moralstory ending in departure :D. Since every island is left at some point you can guess that departure is just a normal ''for the cause'' theme that accures very often. If that felt good for you, you might really fall in deep love with one piece soon.

2024-05-30 21:35:01 +0000 UTCIt's crazy how i forgot that i cried so hard when usopp was saying goodbye to the usopp pirates and now i got to re-live the moment and i wasn't sobbing alone cos i got carlie. 🥹 I forgot because of the other emotional moments One Piece delivered in all these 1K plus episodes. Hahaha so yeah, this is definitely just the beginning. 💜🫡

2024-05-29 21:59:48 +0000 UTCthey mentioned in episode 1 that they have mods, etc that guides and tells them ahead what episode to skip, not to do (like not reading the title) so they gonna skip fillers prolly except G8 arc... hope those mods also tells them if upcoming OP/ED is spoilery so they skip it until later episode.. and also my suggestion at previous episode hoping that Ange to forget his trading cards.. it will take away the mystery and his excitement over the characters... it also might spoil him even more if he look at it again, those cards might have details like powers, names, etc

2024-05-29 21:32:13 +0000 UTCQuestion, since One Piece does have quite a bit of filler sprinkled throughout the arcs (almost 100 episodes total), do you plan on skipping it or not? Most of the filler is enjoyable and there are some filler arcs that are actually still often requested to watch through, but at the same time it would be understandable if you did skip some. There is still enough time to think about it as it will be a little while until the first one, but I do wonder if you have considered it yet
