There are several clues given in this episode, so as a recap. - Ah Dou HAD a son at the same time as the Empress Dowager having her baby. -The physician who was there at the deliveries was expelled. -This expelled physician is an eunuch who has medical knowledge. -Ah Dou's position is precarious as she no longer can conceive and lost a son who would have been a crown prince in this timeline. -The current emperor has a mystery younger brother who nobody has seen before who is currently as of now the only heir to throne. - Ah Dou looks eerily similar to Jinshin. -Jinshin wondering around the rear palace (an area reserved for the emperor and his harem) who may seem to be not an eunuch.
