It's a fantastic way to set up Luffy and what he stands for

2024-05-07 21:58:31 +0000 UTCI think Ange was spot on with Zorro being better in the anime and Sanji in the live action. Anyway, it’s been many years since I last watched One Piece. I think I left off around 350 episodes in and just got overwhelmed by how much more there was to go. But I do remembering enjoying most of the episodes I saw and thinking it was my favorite of the Big 3. It’s remarkable that Naruto and Bleach are long over (with not-so-great endings) while One Piece is still going fairly strong and has a chance to end the best of its past contemporaries. Looking forward to rewatching this series with you guys.

Would the list be per episode or for the series in general? If it's the latter, maybe an honorable mention per episode would be an idea, as especially flashback episodes can seem very seperate to the series in terms of characters

I did enjoy sanji way more than zoro in the live action but i am enjoying zoro quite a lot in the anime, he seems a bit more chill and has less of a "trynna be mean" vibe and look to him. Although the studio tends to stretch the content, the story itself is fantastic.
