2024-05-01 10:23:13 +0000 UTCDid you guys forget about how they mentioned in the Memory Snow OVA that Roswaal and Puck used to have that epic showdown in the frozen forest which altered the whole geography of the place after which they settled things in a more civil way as Roswaal offered Emilia a way to save her frozen people. It was also mentioned in season 1 that Roswaal is the strongest magic user in the Re:Zero universe so him and Puck most definitely aren’t too far apart in skill, considering how even Reinhard took out Puck in his Beast of the End giant ass dog form.

2024-04-30 14:39:10 +0000 UTCWait, Echidna MADE Beatrice and Ryuzu? Is that right? Also, when Echidna spoke to Hector, she said something about "... when I was with you... " so I'm assuming they were partners, cohorts of some sort at some point? Also, Hector's powers seemed similar to the power the Witch of Sloth Sekhmet (or "Sick Helmet" as Ange called it?) used when Subaru met all of the witches in Echidna's tea party realm. Also, I don't know the answer but in my opinion, it seems more like Roswaal took on aspects of Hector as opposed to housing his spirit or something. I could be wrong though. Just to clear something up for Carlie: It wasn't your "theory" that Roswaal was healing Ram's horn back in S1... I'm pretty sure it was stated explicitly.

There were more hints about this at the beginning of the Frozen Bonds OVA but Crunchyroll decided to remove the voice over the red texts :) If you watch an off-site version of the OVA, you will get another perspective on Puck and who was saying those lines.
