No his not. Yes, you are correct he can convince the other team a false plan but will not work for the plot. They can pass this match but they will not be able to beat Team V - This is what worries him. If other than him score's because he put out a fake plan to the other side he will still not get the slot.

They can't afford to lose one match and considering that TEAM V is the last one they need to fight against he only did what's logical. Kudos ~ PS: I do hate Kuon but he was right.

Think about it, if he could convince them to give him a hat trick if he told them their plans and weaknesses.. he could have just told them fake plans and fake weaknesses, gotten the free hat trick to start the game, and then explained to his team how he tricked them into giving him a free hat trick
