I know it seems like he killed the spider quick but had he not saved those Daily Quest rewards from the previous episode, he would’ve died when he hit his fatigue limit. He just got lucky that he still had a Full Recovery in the tuck or it would’ve been curtains for him against a C-rank boss. And as others have mentioned, he did all of his workouts early when he was at home, and finished running his 10k when he was on the way to meeting with the group to go into the dungeon. The rewards screen popped up as soon as he met them so he didn’t use them at that moment. And Jinho mentioned last episode that his dad bought him the gear because it was his first time going into a dungeon.

2024-02-11 16:15:27 +0000 UTCThis might be an unusual request for watching and enjoying a show, but I strongly request you guys pause whenever there's a menu to read on screen, because those menus were pretty important in the web comic and the novel and there u had infinite time to read them while in the anime they go by very quickly. Idk if you noticed in the episode where the menu for the urgent quest at first said that if he didn't defeat the enemies he would "get an appropriate penalty", but then after he got hurt it changed to "your heart will stop". That's pretty important for future episodes that I wouldn't wanna spoil now. Just saying.

Lizards) approached him to make him signed the contract. That was the Full Recovery that Jinwoo used at middle of fighting the dungeon boss.

2024-02-11 13:46:29 +0000 UTCfull recovery is reward for daily quest (training) he did all the exercises except running before he left home so my guess is that he finished the quest as he was running around during combat and just did not claim rewards because he was busy, then when he got injured he took reward to get full recovery. also i feel like the other guy was giving him water as comedic effect of being scared from jinwoo not because he is just that much of a nice guy
