If some other people that can remember who voice it is, watch. They can recognize it and know who is it already. It is not a detail that is important enough to hide.

It'd be one thing if that detail never comes up again, but there's literally a reveal for this later.

Betelgeuse can just be called Beetlejuice, it works just fine. I assume that they chose now to attack because Roswaal apparently isn't around, being the strongest magic user means any time he leaves is a good time to strike.
