You're catching up so much and sometimes mixed up others but what matters will clear out better with time I'm sure haha That being said, I think you're looking a bit too much into the shop owner stuff... The simplest explanation is that his daughter got lost in this timeline again and someone saved her this time again (which was not Subaru since he was doing other things).
