Mob DWARFS everyone else in a way that defies understanding. On the other hand, Teru probably knows that better than literally anyone else. No one alive has seen quite as much of ??? Mob as Teru has.

SPOILERS Hahaha the plant guy in episode 9 is one of the top members of The Ultimate 5 -- the henchman who directly served the leader of CLAW that Mob fought at the end of Season 2. Technically, he was one of Serizawa's colleagues. You might remember that he got defeated because Mogami escaped his bottle, but Mob asked Mogami to spare him because he believed people could change. SPOILERS (adding to the bottom coz you never know if people will scroll down or up and accidentally see this comment lol)
