Are you switching Ushijima to OH? He's an OPP usually. Might struggle with serve receive, but there's precedent for OPP to OH switching (Matt Anderson, for example). I think I would keep the same but switch Ushijima to his natural OPP position and take Asahi as the second OH with Iwaizumi. Kuroo is a strong captain by his own right, so he can take Daichi's place and give a much more powerful offensive team. Maybe even take Tanaka for his defensive contributions over Asahi.
