2023-10-22 19:55:45 +0000 UTCThe flower petals you see are due to censorship (the anime was broadcast at child friendly hours). In the manga, Hisoka chopped his arms off. As far as colouring goes, Killua is just very white - white skin, white hair. Hisoka wears some type of make up (tears etc). I’ve never been fond of Leorio, but that’s just a personal opinion. Others like him. They specifically said that the exam changes every year (as do the examiners).
