When Mob says "I know that you are a genuinely good person" he's actually repeating what Reigen told him all those years ago. It's not that obvious with the English subtitles but in Japanese he's repeating it back to Reigen. Poor Reigen looked like he was going to cry when Mob said that. Love your reactions! Also the music that plays in the conference is I think, the general music for Mob's psychic powers.
