Heinkels speech to al has always been one of my top favorites scenes in the show. Being able to convince al to use the stone and change his perspective on how it's not selfish or terrible to use the stone in this situation to help save the world was absolutely beautiful. Also since the souls are trapped there till the day the stone is used up, those people would be trapped forever unless used so it's like he's saving the world but also setting them free from their prison by using them up.
