From action to drama, mystery, comedy, experiencing Violet Evergarden is like finding that missing piece of the puzzle you didn't know you were missing until then. 86 is definitely a great choice to follow-up this series.

When you ask yourself that question, maybe it might be enough to view the last movie in a new lens? Are you viewing it under the right lens or am I viewing it under the the wrong lens?

Violet Evergarden The Movie is the sequel of the series and the end of the story. Violet Evergarden: Eternity and the Auto Memory Doll is a side-story. You have to add 2 masterpieces on your watch-list : Made In Abyss and Mushoku Tensei. Tough ones, but believe me you've never watched anything like those.

Claudia is always talking about how he would like to find a partner and have children in the future and Cattleya and Benedict clearly had something before and like each other. Cattleya even teases Benedict using Claudia in previous episodes, like when she jumped into Claudia's arms as soon as she spotted Benedict entering the room.

But the first half was really good and the show was amazing overall. I hadn't watched it when CA started it and planned to do at the same time but couldn't help binge-watching through everything before they were even close to ending the series ๐

2023-08-08 12:57:22 +0000 UTCI could be reading this wrong but Iโm pretty sure that Cattleya and Claudia are together. There was that scene a while back where Cattleya talks about saying โClaudiaโ in bed, so I would assume at this point Cattleya is pregnant with Claudiaโs child.

She brutally murdered his men, and the main reason he gave her to Gilbert was to try and get rid of her, because she frightened him so much. I always viewed his treatment of her as misplaced fear, and later on misplaced grief over the loss of his brother.
