This was fantastic insight! Thanks for the clarifications. We are indeed enjoying the show a lot, and we’re learning a lot as we go ❤️

As a person with autism I really like this show! Even tho it's a bit fanciful and "extravagent" in some aspects as a way to entertain people better, it still does a great job portraying the perks of being a person with autism! 😊 I was so worried when they started talking about Hans Asperger 😭 Glad they did it the correct way!!. Just FYI! The thing Jeonghun was doing with his fingers (Ange refered to it as like playing the piano) is called Stimming! Is a way people with(or without) autism selfregulate stimuli or even overwhelming or anxious situations. Think about fidget spinners, pop its or even clicking a pen repeatedly! Same thing for taping the fingers on the table! 😊 I'm so happy you guys are watching and enjoying this show as much as I do! Keep em' comming!

Lmao nice puns Ingo 😆 completely agree with the above. The show has this charisma of bringing a serious topic to light in such a gentle and light hearted way at times. Without obviously poking fun at anyone.

Once again Flora, these comments are so insightful for us! Please keep them coming. It definitely helps us understand the show on a deeper level as some of this is quite new to us!

I am pretty sure they will appreciate your pov as well or my perception of people is completely broken..😉😂

Aww...thank you. As long as Carlie and Ange don't feel it's too much, I'm happy to add some comments as we go. 😁

Flora

I truly appreciate your inside view on autism in these comments. They are a part of each episode for me. It makes the show even better imo. Thx😃👍

You will never know what kind of episode you will get here. 😉Only thing you will know is that will be brilliant executed and the acting will be top shelf. For me the show being so unpredictable is a huge benefit for the viewers. It becomes so much more realistic this was. Life isn't always romantic or always funny or always sad or always frightening. And you don't know what each day will bring, just like you don't know what these episodes will bring. I love to cry, laugh or "fight" with our girl. And I appreciate this show sooo much for bringing truly heavy topics into these episodes. They approach theses in a very sincere way, but they also manage to keep the show lighthearted and "fun" to watch. Really well written. I fear this will not be the last judge Carlie is going to roast... 😂 And yes, your honor, I myself plead guilty for recommending this show to you. I am all yours to judge me on that. Your judgement will be accepted.😉🧑‍⚖️

Yes, this is a much heavier episode, but I like how this show is not afraid to show sides like this. The different characters who frustrated you in this episode show the views of the general public - the ignorance regarding Autism (ASD) or other people who have special needs has nothing to do with whether the person passing judgement is well-educated or not, and it takes effort to learn more about others. In fact, Youngwoo's experience as a person with ASD also doesn't define others' experiences and she's not sure how to generalise this to the defendant, Jeonghun. In this field, we try to teach people that someone's ASD is only one facet of them and shouldn't be the defining label so it's better to say 'person with Autism' rather than 'Autistic person'. It's the same with other medical fields - we should avoid using labels like 'cancer patient' and say 'person with cancer' because there's more to them than that. I also like that they show a definitive characteristic of ASD i.e. the lack of or reduced understanding of others' feelings. So as advanced as Youngwoo is in the law world, she has to go to her father to ask him about his experiences to understand how to apply this to the case. You can see she still doesn't understand or focus on his feelings when she leaves immediately when she has her answer and does not comfort him or thank him for his help. It doesn't mean she doesn't want the best for him or know that he also gets upset, but her thoughts and actions are still centred on herself most of the time. That's why her father talks about feeling lonely.

This one is the second rough one (T.T) for me.
