This isn't the right place for this but I don't know where show suggestions go so I'll leave one here. It'd be very cool to see you two react to a show called Jobless Reincarnation. It's a pretty popular show that inspired the now super popular isekai genre. It has a great story, beautiful animations and it deals with a lot of heavy feelings too just like Vinland Saga or Violet Evergarden for example.

2023-07-27 17:38:07 +0000 UTCI literally just discovered this 30 minutes ago and I thought it was amazing. It’s the dubbed version of an anime called Ghost Stories. From the back story I gathered from the comments it was a popular manga but the anime completely flopped. When they turned it over to the English VAs, they were told to dub it however they wanted to make it sell. So they dubbed it with very controversial, low brow humor. It is not for the faint of heart.
