Tsubame asked Mr. Shirogane why do ppl confess their love and in the flashback Ishigami was literally on top of her on the bed at some point during the party. It seemed possibly uhhh bow-chicka-wow-wow. So something pretty big happened there I guess. Non-Manga reader so I’m just as in the dark.
