I've cried watching the last like 7 episodes lol Also Ange, my opinion on the music during the Thorgill scene is that it's meant to show this is not a good thing, and the show isn't trying to glorify it. With some of the heavier action from Season 1 they'd play more intense music, but after the journey Thorfinn and Canute have been on, I think that scene was meant to be seen as more tragic than awesome, and that soundtrack has some somber touches. Just my two cents

It is a callback to season 1, when he talk with the priest, he look at the sun as well, he mention the sun as a form of love that doesn’t discriminate. It is when he realize that the reason human suffer and fight among themselves is because human lost the capability to love indiscriminately. It is when he decide to create his own utopia in season 1. I like that he deliver the line as the sun set away
