2023-05-15 06:33:17 +0000 UTCI had very similar situation happen to me in middle school like Ishigami had to him. It turned me from a very extroverted person to so antisocial for a long time. This episode brought me to tears because feeling that release of you weren’t crazy, you aren’t a terrible person, and finally you aren’t judged so cruelly on your character before they know is inexplainable. Best episode ever.

2023-05-15 06:25:34 +0000 UTCYou may have noticed this but I really love how when Shirogane takes out the marker and writes "Go to hell, dumbass!" on the apology letter, the marker bled through the paper and permanently stained Ishigami's table with the message. They show with one of the final shots that Ishigami still has the table and probably sees that message that saved him every night

One thing they left out, though not really important, is Kaguya was the one who told Shirogane about Ishigami's situation and why the student council looked into it. Also they left out a panel from the manga where Kaguya wondered what kind of face Ogino would make if she told her everything in a cynical manner.
